You can make the hotel reservation through the Organizing Committee (see Accommodation - Form 4).

ACCOMMODATION FOR TEAMS – SPECIAL OFFER BY OC

• Single Room          1.500,-  CZK per night – breakfast included
• Double Room         2.000,-  CZK per night – breakfast included
• Triple Room           2.500,-  CZK per night – breakfast included

The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk distance to the competition rink.

SPECIAL OFFER FOR TEAMS ACCOMMODATED IN OFFICIAL HOTEL

• one 15 minutes block of extra practice for free per each night of the team stay in the official hotel
• Internet access for FREE  (during the all stay)         
• Personal attaché for the team (during the whole stay)
• 5 free tickets for the whole competition

CATERING

• Lunch: 330,- CZK per person
• Dinner: 380,- CZK per person

CANCELLATION FEE IN ALL HOTELS

• 30 days before the competition:     25 %
• 14 days before the competition:     75 %
• 13-0 days before the competition: 100 %

PERSONAL ATTACHÉ

The personal attaché will be provided for every teams accomodated through the OC for free. If other teams are interested in having such a person assisting their stay in Prague and in the competition those teams are obliged to inform the OC before December 1, 2009. The price for personal attaché would be 1.600 CZK / per one day.

TRANSPORTATION

The Organizing Committee can arrange bus transportation for teams arriving at the Prague – Ruzyne airport through the official transportation company.

PRICES:

• Airport – Hotel - Airport :          10.000 CZK / per 20 - 30 persons

                                                        12.000 CZK / per 31 - 48 persons

• Hotel - Practice Halls – Hotel:      3.800 CZK / per 20 - 30 persons

                                                         4.600 CZK / per 31 - 48 persons
